The Bimax range of circular saws are designed for cutting a wide range of materials at very high accuracy. A range of material handling options are offered as well as other, in process, operations such as brushing, drilling, milling, washing and sorting. Where the section permits, multiple pieces can be cut together in bundles and special jaws are available to handle complex profile extrusions.

| The TA-90 is equipped with hydraulic feed to accommodate heavy materials and maintain the high length accuracy of cutting for todays most demanding applications. The machine can be supplied to handle single bar or with automatic material handling systems for multiple piece cutting. Swarf removal systems and multiple blade mounting are also available as well as automatic blade changing for lights out operation. Several spindle speed options are offered to cover cutting requirements for a wide range of materials and feed cylinders up to one metre can be fitted with the facility of repeat feeding of up to seven repetitions before cutting. The CNC control makes setting a simple and fast operation and bundles are automatically counted for accurate batch sizes. | ||

| BIMAX TS-91 | ||
| The new TS-91 uses the proven chassis of the TA-91 and much of the same mechanicals but uses a high speed spindle to drive an abrasive disc for sawing hard or abrasive materials. The TS-91 can be used to cut hardened steels, carbide, ceramics etc. The same high accuracy of cut is maintained and by utilising the repeat feed facility, very long lengths can be cut. | ||
